Registration & Admission. How to get to us

Dear Patients,

Before we can admit you to our clinic we must register several details first.

With the following information we would like to give you an overview of the registration and in-patient admissions procedures. Our patient services team will be happy to answer any further questions you may have.

Initial contact

Before each in-patient treatment we perform an examination for which it is necessary to arrange an appointment beforehand (exception: emergency cases). To do this, please contact the secretary of the respective specialist centre.

Out-patient treatment or in-patient stay?

During your consultation appointment we will check and, together with you, decide whether an in-patient stay or operation is required or if out-patient treatment is possible. If necessary, we will arrange further appointments with you.

Preparation for in-patient stay

After registering your personal details, we will advise and inform you about the billing procedures and the treatment contract. This includes your consent to an in-patient stay in our clinic. In addition, we will give you all the important information you need about the legal regulations and useful notes about your stay.
