A direct contact provides you with support before and during your stay in the hospital. You receive assistance with visa matters and accommodation options for your relatives. We will be pleased to help you if you have any questions, for example, with attractive leisure and shopping tips. If necessary, of course we can also arrange an interpreter for you. You will be given a letter for your doctor in English.

 

Our procedure - admitting and registering you as a patient.

We provide inpatient and outpatient care. Please contact us so that we can advise  which type of treatment would be useful for you. Our goal is to help you reach your goal. 

Outpatient Admission Criteria

  • Neurological Day Hospital
    • Please contact Mrs. Angie Obed at least 7 days before you wish to be treated in our day hospital 

    • Please send all available medical documentation, especially medical reports, discharge reports from other clinics and x-ray films to Mrs. Angie Obed by email

  • Ambulatory care:
    • Please contact Mrs. Heike Hensel at least 14 days before a required appointment

    • Please send all available medical documentation, especially medical reports, discharge reports from other clinics and x-ray films to Mrs. Angie Obed by email

Inpatient Admission Criteria:

Coverage of costs for patients from Europe.

Patients from the European Union require a valid E112 Certificate before their hospital stay. For patients without a valid E112 Certificate, we will be happy to provide you with a quote for self payment after reviewing the medical documentation.

 

Coverage of costs for patients from outside Europe.

We will be happy to provide patients from outside Europe with a quote for self-payment after reviewing the medical documentation. Self-paying patients will generally be required to make an advance payment before they are admitted.
