In an acute emergency please call the European emergency number 112. You can contact someone on that number 24 hours a day who will take your details and if necessary alert the doctor on call and an ambulance. Here are the rules of conduct once again when using the phone. The 5 important W questions:

• Where did it happen?
• What happened?
• How many people are affected?
• What type of injuries / diseases are they?
• Wait for any possible call backs/queries.
