Registration and admission

Please bring the following documents with you when you are to be admitted to hospital:

  • Declaration of coverage of costs or 
  • Proof of bank account by means of an advance payment

other documents:

  • X-rays and patient records

if you have them:

  • Vaccination book,
  • allergy pass,
  • Marcoumar record or
  • cardiac pacemaker record

The admissions procedure in detail

Appointments are scheduled through each individual specialist department. Please register with Patient Admissions on the day you are to be admitted to hospital. This is located near to reception. They will take all of the required information and you can sign the treatment contract.
