The easy route to admission to our clinic.

Please bring the following documents with you when you are to be admitted to hospital:

  • Declaration of coverage of costs or 
  • Proof of bank account by means of an advance payment

  • X-rays and patient records

  • allergy pass,
  • Marcoumar record or
  • cardiac pacemaker record

Basic information on coverage of costs.

Coverage of costs for patients from Europe.

Patients from the European Union require a valid E112 Certificate before their hospital stay. For patients without a valid E112 Certificate, we will be happy to provide you with a quote for self payment after reviewing the medical documentation.

 

Coverage of costs for patients from outside Europe.

We will be happy to provide patients from outside Europe with a quote for self-payment after reviewing the medical documentation. Self-paying patients will generally be required to make an advance payment before they are admitted.

 

International guests.

Thanks to our successful treatment methods and cutting-edge research, we have an international reputation attracting many patients from overseas. We enjoy a high level of respect, particularly in the Arab world. In order to meet your needs and those of our guests from within Germany, our patients from the Arab world are in most cases accommodated in rooms which cater to requirements such as specific culinary customs. You will receive care from trained staff with an excellent level of familiarity with your way of life.

Ward for Arab patients.

As far as possible, our Arab patients are accommodated on a separate ward. Our colleagues are very well trained with respect to cultural matters. Our Arabic speaking patient managers are always available to see to your personal needs.

Note: For medical reasons it is possible that you or your relative will have to be accommodated on different wards. You will however continue to receive the same services.
