How to get a quotation. Fast and uncomplicated.
We are pleased if you are considering a stay in our clinic. You can send your enquiry directly to Ms Elin Hautvast, our contact for international patients. Ms Hautvast will send you a quotation listing all the options required by you.
Communicating between different languages.
The languages spoken during the treatmant are German and English, in the Department for Psychosomatic Medicine in addition Russian. In case you do not speak these languages sufficiently, please ask for assistance by a professional translator. The success of the treatment is highly depending on the understanding between patient and the staff of our clinic. Family members should not act as translators, even if they are fluent English speakers. We are happy to assist you in finding a qualified professional Russian translators’ service.
Admission on the day of your arrival.
On the day of your arrival in our clinic please report first of all to our Reception which is located directly by the main entrance. After welcoming you, the Reception staff will immediately make contact with our special advisor for international patients.
Payment modalities.
We ask for prepayment for the costs for your stay in the clinic. Please make payment in advance by bank transfer or in cash or by credit card on the day of your arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa credit cards.
