We are certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001 and commit ourselves to regular checks by independent external auditors. Tireless and systematic, we are always working to optimise our processes and services. To help us, we have a detailed quality management system in place based on the tips given by our patients through questionnaires and suggestions for improvement from our employees. We have all the organisational and management processes and procedures, as well as our care and treatment standards laid down in manuals, so that we can actually ensure optimal and smooth guaranteed care with a high level of quality.
Quality Representative & Quality Manager.
All of our clinic employees are committed to the quality of their performance. Two staff members are already dealing with specific aspects of quality: Dr. Bernd Sczepanski, Speciality Registrar in the specialist center for pneumology, is the quality representative responsible for the quality of the medical services. Our quality manager Diana Pfnür is responsible for the quality management in the narrowest sense and takes care of special quality management tasks such as, for example, certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001.

Responsible patients need a basis on which to make decisions; the Schön Kliniken quality reports transcend the specified standards.
In order to make the quality of a hospital more transparent, the legislative body have decided that a quality report has to be published every two years. Independent from this, we have created a new quality reports format. With clearly laid out pictures and texts we are able to present the medical quality in a transparent and comprehensible way.
