The easy route to admission to our clinic.

To enable them to decide where or not admission is necessary, our doctors must obtain a medical status for the patient that is as comprehensive as possible.

For this purpose, we will need the following documentation from you:

  • A brief cover letter with the name and contact information for the patient or a point of contact
  • Address and telephone number of your attending doctor
  • All available medical documentation, especially medical reports, discharge reports from other clinics and x-ray films
  • A list detailing the names and doses of any current medications

If a stay in our clinic is indicated on medical grounds, we will contact you immediately to discuss coverage of costs and to schedule a time for admission.

Basic information on coverage of costs.

Coverage of costs for patients from European Union.

Patients from the European Union require a valid E112 Certificate before their hospital stay. For patients without a valid E112 Certificate, we will be happy to provide you with a quote for self payment after reviewing the medical documentation.

Coverage of costs for patients from outside European Union.

We will be happy to provide patients from outside Europe with a quote for self-payment after reviewing the medical documentation. We ask for prepayment for the costs for your stay in the clinic. Please make payment in advance by bank transfer or in cash or by credit card at your arrival. We accept American Express, Mastercard and Visa credit cards.

How to get a quotation. Fast and uncomplicated.

We are pleased if you are considering a stay in our clinic. You can send your enquiry directly to Mrs Elin Hautvast, our contact for international patients. Mrs Hautvast will send you a quotation listing all the options required by you.

Communicating between different languages.

The languages spoken during the treatment are German and English (for patients of the centres of orthopaedics and pneumology). In case you do not speak these languages sufficiently, please ask for assistance by a professional translator. The success of the treatment is highly depending on the understanding between patient and the staff of our clinic. We are happy to assist you in finding a qualified professional Russian translators’ service.

Please note: In our specialist centre for psychosomatic medicine we can only attend to patients who are German native speakers or to patients who are fluent in German.

Admission on the day of your arrival.

On the day of your arrival in our clinic please report first of all to our Reception which is located directly by the main entrance. After welcoming you, the Reception staff will immediately make contact with our special advisor for international patients.
