Dietician

Do you have questions regarding your diet? Our dietician is at the Clinic from Monday to Friday. Your ward will be pleased to make an appointment for you.

Discharge

Your discharge takes place in close consultation with the doctor responsible for you. He/she decides on the discharge date and provides information on the planned follow-up treatment. We kindly ask you to leave your room on the day of departure at 10.00am at the latest. Please note that you are not entitled to lunch on your day of departure.

Fire safety regulations

It is prohibited to use electronic devices such as coffee machines or kettles in patient rooms for safety reasons.

Mobile phones

The use of mobile and cordless phones is prohibited in the entire clinic area due to their interference with medical technical devices. We appreciate your understanding.

Parking

Our free car parks at the front of the Clinic grounds are available for long-term parking. Visitors and outpatients can park directly in front of the Clinic.

Pastoral Care

Please contact the Clinic reception if you wish to receive pastoral care. The reception can also provide further information on the times for church services in the near vicinity.

Payments

You can use your EC-cards/bank cards for payments at our Clinic. From the credit cards, we accept Euro/MasterCard and visa cards. You may also withdraw money from our Clinic reception for a small fee.

Radio / TV

Use of the appliances in the rooms is free of charge. A TV overview can be found in the information folder obtainable from our Clinic reception. Compatible ear phones can be obtained from our Clinic reception.

Reading matter

A large selection of newspapers and magazines are available in our Schön Café. Please contact our Clinic reception directly for book orders. Our staff will be happy to be of assistance.

Smoking ban

We would like to point out to you that smoking is prohibited in the entire Clinic grounds. Smoking is only permitted in the marked areas.

You have the opportunity to use the City of Starnberg´s Wasserpark (aqua park) for a discounted entrance fee. Please obtain information from the Clinic reception.

We have fitted all patient rooms with a telephone to make sure that you can reached by telephone. Operating instructions can be obtained from our Clinic reception.

Toiletries

Have you left something at home? We stock a selection of cosmetic and toiletries in the cafeteria Schön Café.

Water is one of the most important substances for the body. Water dispensers are therefore available for patients and visitors on all of our wards.
