Dieter Schön
Mr. Dieter Schön is member of the board and owner of the Schön Klinik group. After studying Business Administration in Münster and Munich, Dieter Schön took over the management of the family business from his father in 1985. The company has since grown to include 15 clinics. His concept of what is required from him to run the business includes offering uncompromising quality in terms of medical services, nursing care, service and management.
Hubert Seitz
After studying Business Administration and qualifying as a tax consultant and chartered accountant, Mr. Hubert Seitz worked with various auditing firms. Before Mr. Seitz moved to the Board of Management at the Schön Klinik, he was a Partner at Ernst & Young Deutsche Allgemeine Treuhand AG. Mr. Hubert Seitz is responsible for the areas of corporate development, legal, tax affairs & insurance and risk management.
Dr. med. Jens Deerberg-Wittram
Dr. med. Jens Deerberg-Wittram
After studying Medicine, Dr. med. Jens Deerberg-Wittram's early career included working as a Project Manager for the Boston Consulting Group. He spent several years in this position providing support to clients from all areas of the health system. In early 2002, Dr. Deerberg-Wittram became Commercial Manager at the Schön Klinik Bad Aibling before moving to Prien to join the Board of Management. Dr. Deerberg-Wittram is responsible for the areas of marketing, medical management, information technology and process design, quality management and medical controlling.
Dr. Markus Hamm
After study Business Administration and achieving his Doctorate at Cologne University, Dr. Markus Hamm initially spent eight years as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company. Dr. Hamm joined Schön Klinik in early 2004 and became the Business Manager for the Schön Klinik Berchtesgadener Land. He moved to the Schön Klinik Head Office in 2007 to become the Manager for Corporate Development & Finance, a position in which he was responsible for identifying strategic goals and finance within the clinic group. Since the start of 2009, Dr. Hamm has been on the Board of Management of the Schön Klinik, with responsibility for commercial issues, including billing, treasury, financial controlling, budget & regulations governing per diem charges and patient management.
Dr. Mani Rafii
From 1999 to 2003 Dr. Rafii worked as a management consultant for the Boston Consulting Group. He supervised companies from all areas of the health system. In 2003, Dr. Rafii became Commercial Manager at the Schön Klinik Vogtareuth before moving to Hamburg to join the commercial management at the Schön Klinik Hamburg Eilbek in 2007. Since 01.10.2010, Dr. Rafii has been on the Board of Management of the Schön Klinik, with responsibility for personnel, procurement, construction and facility & utilities management. Furthermore he will proceed his functions on the board of management at the Hamburg hospital federation (HKG) and as contact person for policy and administration.
