Medical services made transparent

Quality is an essential element of the Schön Klinik ethos as a medical service provider. Our goal is to be a market leader in terms of transparent, comparable quality of outcomes. To this end, we engage in comprehensive quality metrics based on relevant quality indicators. This process, which we call QED (quality empowered by documentation) is an established process in all clinics.

Nothing to hide: The Schön Klinik Quality Report

Measuring quality makes it possible to safeguard a quality level that has already been achieved. We use the information gained to determine what actions are required to improve the individual areas. Furthermore, QED allows us to monitor the successful outcomes of our continuous improvement processes more effectively. The quality indicators recorded are objective and can also be used by our patients as an orientation aid. We are open about our outcomes. These outcomes are regularly disclosed in a quality report that covers the Schön Kliniken as a whole.
