Always being scrutinised

All quality initiatives are discussed regularly with the Board of Directors. Whether it be the results of patient questionnaires, complaint management, other quality data or treatment measurement results, everything is thoroughly scrutinised by the Clinic representatives and the Board of Directors at regular intervals.
