Our high degree of specialisation into individual disciplines and constant development of our medical services and facilities ensure an extraordinary level of quality.

Doctors with the highest levels of expertise

The numerous medical publications of our physicians are one of many factors attesting to their specialist expertise. Detailed rankings regularly recommend our doctors as the best in their field. Many of them even enjoy an international reputation. The fact that they are nonetheless always able to address their patients as equals, with no airs and graces, is an expression of the self-awareness that defines doctors as service providers and sources of advice for patients.

A finely tuned quality management system

We have taken a committed approach to creating conditions to ensure that every service is always performed to the highest levels of quality. For example, we were the first group of clinics in Germany to be awarded DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 certification. We adopted CIRS, an anonymous incident reporting system, from the airline industry. We have also gone beyond legal requirements to provide details regarding the quality of our medical services every year in our own Quality Report.

Special locations and an environment conducive to wellbeing

Location and facilities are also a major factor defining the quality of our clinics. Both in our clinics in southern Upper Bavaria and our facilities in northern Hesse or Schleswig-Holstein, the natural setting contributes to a recuperative stay and promotes recovery.
